KRYPTERIA's album debut as a band (2005)

Kusch: "Soundwise IN MEDIAS RES still shows a softer and less edgy side of the band, possibly because of the lack of a touring resumee we were facing as a newly formed group. Still, songs like "Victoriam speramus", "No more lies" and "Get the hell out of my way" remained live staples for years, even after we began refining our identity as a heavy rockin' metal outfit".

Kusch: "Klanglich zeigt IN MEDIAS RES noch eine recht softe und wenig kantige Seite dieser Band, was vermutlich darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass wir seinerzeit als frisch formierte Gruppe unsere deutlich wuchtigere Liveidentität noch nicht hatten entwickeln können. Nichtsdestotrotz spielen wir Songs wie "Victoriam speramus", "No more lies" oder "Get the hell out of my way" live hin und wieder auch nach unserer metallischen Metamorphose".
